Driver's license is required. We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Survey Technician to support our surveying team in collecting, analyzing, and mapping land data for various projects. Responsibilities include operating surveying instruments (GPS, total stations, and levels), assisting in boundary and topographic surveys, and recording field measurements accurately. The technician will also process survey data using CAD and GIS software, interpret legal descriptions, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in land surveying, proficiency in survey equipment and software, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. An associate degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
